About
I build the backend and Dynamics 365 layer of government platforms.
I’m a .NET backend and Dynamics 365 CE / Dataverse developer with two-plus years on government platforms in the GCC.
I studied Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence at Beni Suef University, then completed ITI’s full-stack .NET track. My first role was at MKCL Arabia as a full-stack developer (ASP.NET / Blazor), on a Saudi government examination system that is now in production.
At Initium Solutions I moved into Dynamics 365. On Qatar’s MSDF e-services platform I built the integration service from scratch and developed platform APIs, request-workflow plugins and portal features. On Kuwait’s CAIT-MS / Muzn platform I wrote the Dataverse plugin layer and set up the ASP.NET Core portal on Clean Architecture, then built its administration area, dashboards and notifications.
As a freelance project, I built a compliance and document management system for Saudi digital-government measurement on .NET 8, EF Core and SQL Server, now in production. For a client, I also built Akariin, a real-estate management API for Saudi Arabia (backend only) on Clean Architecture with CQRS, now in production.
How I work
- 01
Model the data first
Tables, relationships and ownership decide most of what the code can safely do later.
- 02
Make workflow states explicit
Status transitions as configuration and guarded transitions, not scattered if-statements.
- 03
Assume the upstream will fail
Timeouts, rate limits and partial failures are handled on purpose, with retries that know when to stop.
- 04
Test what protects data
Authorization and data-scoping rules get automated tests before anything else.
- 05
Arabic and English by default
RTL layouts, bidirectional text and localized labels are part of the design, not a late fix.
- 06
Write the registration down
Every plugin documents its message, stage, mode and images, so the next person can deploy it correctly.
