Where I can help
Most of my work is inside systems that already run in production. I get up to speed in an unfamiliar codebase, trace a problem across the API, Dataverse and external services, and ship the fix or feature without breaking what already works.
01
System & API Integrations
Your systems need to exchange data securely — or an integration keeps failing.
National identity sign-in (OpenID Connect), government and third-party APIs over REST and OAuth 2.0, webhooks and Azure Service Bus, background sync with retries. Including finding out why an existing integration breaks in production.

02
Performance Diagnostics & Optimization
Your API, reports or Dynamics 365 screens are slow.
Measure → Diagnose → Fix → Verify. I time every request and every CRM call behind it, find where the time goes, then fix that: queries and FetchXML, paging, ColumnSets, caching, fewer round-trips, batching, SQL Server and EF Core queries.

Dynamics 365 / Dataverse Development
Your Dynamics 365 needs business logic that configuration can’t handle.
C# Plugins and Custom Workflow Activities, Power Automate, the data model and security roles — and custom ASP.NET Core portals on Dataverse with Entra ID sign-in, approvals and notifications.

.NET Backend & API Development
You need a backend, or new features in the one you have.
ASP.NET Core APIs on Clean Architecture: EF Core and SQL Server, JWT and role-based access, per-organization data isolation, document generation and tests. New modules in your codebase, or a backend built end to end.

Existing ASP.NET / MVC Systems
You have a running system nobody wants to touch.
I read the code first. Then I fix bugs, close security gaps like stored XSS, refactor in small steps and add tests — without breaking what already works.

Performance diagnostics
When a system is slow, I measure before I change anything
The same four steps every time. Below is how it went on a government e-services platform, without client details.
01
Measure
Request-level timing that logs every CRM call behind an API request — the operation, the table and the duration — next to total CRM time and app time.
02
Diagnose
Find where the time really goes: repeated round-trips, wide ColumnSets, queries without paging, the same lookup fetched again and again, external services hitting rate limits.
03
Fix
Change only what the numbers point to: FetchXML and QueryExpression with just the columns needed, paging, caching slow or rate-limited lookups, batching, retry with backoff.
04
Verify
Run the same requests again, compare the timings, and check that bulk jobs finish without failures.
From a real investigation
A bulk account update kept failing because an external government service answered with HTTP 429 (too many requests). Caching the lookup, retrying with backoff and processing in batches made the job finish reliably. On another platform, I reworked the license dashboards to fetch only what each chart needs.
Selected case studies
Five projects — Dynamics 365 and .NET
Each one covers the problem, what I did and the outcome. Client projects stay at a high level, without proprietary code, data or configuration.
Citizen e-services platform for Qatar’s Ministry of Social Development and Family, running in production. I built its integration service from scratch, developed platform APIs and request-workflow plugins, and worked on the portal.
A Dynamics 365 platform for Kuwait government entities, CAIT and Microsoft to manage Microsoft licensing, Azure requests, entity budgets and consumption, support requests and license surveys. I wrote its Dataverse plugin layer and set up the portal on Clean Architecture.

Multi-level approvals, real-time notifications and signed documents
An examination management system for Saudi Arabia’s government education sector, with multi-role access, running in production. I worked on it as a full-stack developer with ASP.NET and Blazor.
Freelance · Built end to end — independent delivery
An Arabic (RTL) system for collecting, reviewing and approving evidence documents against Saudi digital-government measurement (Qiyas) standards, organized by site and year.
Site-level row security built with expression trees

Document versioning with SHA-256 and a review → approval workflow
Client project · API only (backend) · Clean Architecture & CQRS
A real-estate management API, built for a client, for properties, units, contracts, bills, members and maintenance requests — built on Clean Architecture with CQRS.

An engineer who works where the backend meets Dynamics 365
I studied Computer Science and AI, trained in full-stack .NET at ITI, and have spent two-plus years on government platforms in the GCC — first a Saudi examination system, then Dynamics 365 platforms in Qatar and Kuwait. Most of my work is the part users never see: integrations, workflow and approval logic, Dataverse plugins, authorization, and the documents a system has to produce.
